How to Pay Nevada Child Support Payment

Pay with Cash at MoneyGram locations across the U.S.

Visit www.MoneyGram.com to find a convenient location

• Over 25,000 U.S. agent locations inside retailers like
  Walmart, CVS pharmacy / Longs, Rapid Cash and
  thousands more! A convenience fee of $3.99 will apply.
  

Bring these with you:        

• Payment: enough for your bill plus the MoneyGram fee;

  all MoneyGram locations accept cash, some also accept

  PIN Debit cards

• Your Nevada Child Support 10-digit case number (32xxxxxxxx)

• Receive Code: 16506

Complete the MoneyGram form or use the MoneyGram kiosk to complete your transaction.

The payment is guaranteed in 2 to 3 days.

Make Payments Online

We are pleased to now offer a convenient online payment option for child support payments using the independent processor site iPayOnline. Non-Custodial Parents or Employers can register to make regular payments or make a special one-time payment using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, eCheck ACH, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

To make payments online you will need:

Non-Custodial Parents:

  • Complete Individual Registration
  • Social Security number
  • Participant Identifier 10-digit (10xxxxxxxx)
  • Child support case number 10-digit (32xxxxxxxx)
  • Address, phone number, & email address

Employers:

  • Complete Employer Registration
  • Company Name, FEIN, & company address
  • Employer contact Information with name, telephone, and email address
  • Employee Social Security number
  • Employee Participant Identifier 10-digit (10xxxxxxxx)
  • Employee Child support case number 10-digit (32xxxxxxxx)

One-Time Payment: Child Support, Bench Warrant, Jail Release and Driver’s License

  • Social Security number of the parent who pays child support
  • Participant Identifier 10-digit (10xxxxxxxx)

  • Valid email address

There will be a convenience fee of $8.95 per $1,000.00 for Credit or Debit cards.
If you need to make a payment over $5,000.00, you will need to make more than one payment. Your financial institution may charge additional fees. At this time there is no fee for the eCheck ACH (*not offered on one-time payments).

Telephone Payment Information

Credit Card Telephone Payments:

To pay by phone 24 hours a day 7 days a week, please call 1-855-288-2352 and follow the instructions.

To make a payment with credit card or debit card, you will need:

  • Valid Social Security number of the parent who pays child support
  • Or Participant Identifier 10-digit ID number (10xxxxxxxx)
  • Child support 10-digit case number (32xxxxxxxx)
  • Valid email address
  • Employers who use this option, will not receive credit for Income Withholding payments

Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards are accepted. There is a convenience fee of $8.95 per $1,000.00. If you need to pay an amount over $5,000.00, you will need to make more than one payment. The convenience fee applies to each payment made. Your financial institution may charge additional fees.

 



Mail-In Payment Information

Child support payments (money orders, cashier's checks, or business checks) submitted by mail should continue to be mailed to the State Collection and Disbursement Unit (SCaDU) post office box:

All payments should be payable to the "State Collection and Disbursement Unit" (SCaDU) and must include the following information:

  • Name (first, middle, last) of person responsible for paying child support.
  • Valid Social Security Number of person responsible for paying child support
  • Participant Identifier 10-digit ID number (10xxxxxxxx).
  • Child support 10-digit case number (32xxxxxxxx)

Information for Employers - Please do not include the required $2.00 fee amount with the regular child support payment; the $2.00 fee is a separate payment to the Nevada State Treasurer and must be mailed to a separate address. Withholding note for Employers for $2.00 fee information.

EFT Payments

EFT is a fast, safe, and cost-effective way to submit child support withholding for your employees. NRS 31A.090 requires all income payers with 50 or more employees to transfer electronically to the State the income withheld from employees pursuant to child support orders.Employers, please click here for EFT information.

Other Information

Income Withholding for Child Support, Bail Payments & Disclaimer to Non-Custodial Parents and Employers

Income withholding from paychecks is required by law for most child support cases. Make a web-based payment when the court has not ordered income withholding, or if you need to supplement existing income withholding payments. Existing income withholding orders cannot be terminated and replaced with web-based payments. Web-based payments will not prevent the implementation of an income withholding order. 

Bail payments for individuals in police custody MUST be coordinated with the enforcing authority and CANNOT be made online or by phone.
