Water and Sewer Assistance Program-Priority Levels


Priority Level 1: Disconnected- Restoration of services for eligible households that have had drinking water and/or sewer services disconnected. The Water and Sewer Assistance program may be able to pay water deposits and or reconnection fees to an eligible household's service provider(s). Households must meet the WSAP eligibility criteria.  

 

Priority Level 2: Pending Disconnection- Prevention of disconnection for eligible households with drinking water and/or sewer services. The Water and Sewer Assistance program may be able to pay arrearages in full to an eligible household's service provider(s). Households must meet the WSAP eligibility criteria.  

 

Priority Level 3: Current Bills- Assistance for eligible households seeking help with current water and/or sewer bills. The Water and Sewer Assistance program may pay a benefit payment to eligible household's service provider(s). Households must meet the WSAP eligibility criteria.
