Changes Coming to the Access Nevada (ACNV) Online Application Portal January 30, 2025.
Exciting updates are coming to ACNV to better serve you! This new platform will provide a one-stop shop with information on how to apply for programs and services from other agencies and enhanced security features.
ACNV will be offline starting at 5:00 PM Thursday, Jan. 30, 2025. The new and improved version will go live on Monday, Feb. 4, 2025.
Here is what you need to know:
Save Your Information by Jan.29, 2025:
Download or save any submitted applications or uploaded documents from the old system, access to this information may no longer be available.
Create a New Access Nevada Account:
Starting Feb. 4, 2025, you will need to create a new ACNV account.
Re-link your case.
opt into paperless communication.
Important: Cases that are not re-linked and paperless will receive all correspondence from DWSS, including renewals, via mail.
Authentication Process:
Safeguard privacy through a quick and secure self-authentication process, which requires you to have a valid, active email address.
Guest Mode Option:
The updated system offers a Guest Mode option, allowing you to apply for services without creating an account or providing an email address.

24/7 availability: View documents anytime without waiting for mail.
Apply, renew benefits, and upload documents online with ease from anywhere.
Receive electronic messages, text reminders and alerts.
To take full advantage of these convenient features and enjoy the enhanced system a new account must be created, guest mode will only allow you to apply.
